Support for Intended Parents (Recipients)

We are the Internet company, not the fertility center or egg donation agency.  They are our customers for whom we have provided an online service.  Anything to do with their application, including password access, needs to be directed to them.

  1. I would like to browse your website for a donor.  How can I get a password?
ANSWER:  You will need to contact a fertility center or egg donation agency.  We are a company that develops online applications to support the fertility organizations.  We are not a fertility center or donor agency.  We are not authorized to provide passwords to access the databases of our customers.

  2. My password no longer works.  How can I get it back?
ANSWER:  You will need to contact the fertility center or egg donation agency.  This service is designed to put them in control.  If you have "Submitted" your selections, your password is automatically made Inactive.  Only the Administrator of the fertility center or egg donation agency can reactivate a password.

  3. The donor I saved is no longer there.  What is wrong?
ANSWER:  Officially and technically nothing is wrong.  There is a difference between saving and submitting your selections.  If you "Save" a selection, that donor is only saved in your settings.  You have not selected that donor yet.  If someone "Submits" their selection, and the fertility center or egg donation agency has that donor configured to become Inactive upon selection, then that donor has likely been selected by someone else and is not currently available.

  4. I made a selection and I would like a copy of the information that I saw online.
ANSWER: You will need to contact the fertility center or egg donation agency.  We have provided the Administrators the ability to easily create a PDF file of the donor you selected.  It is their discretion to provide you a copy of this file or not.

  5. I don't see a donor I like.  Do you have more donors I can see from other areas?
ANSWER:  No.  You will need to contact other fertility centers or egg donation agencies.  We are in the Internet application business, not the donor business.

  6. I don't see my issue addressed on this page.  What should I do?
ANSWER:  If the issue is related to the donor or the donor process, contact the fertility center or egg donation agency you are working with.  If you are completing a survey or viewing donors, and are having technical difficulties, you may email us at info@fertilityselection.net and we will assist you.
