Support for Potential and Current Donors
 

We are the Internet company, not the fertility center or egg donation agency.  They are our customers for whom we have provided an online service.  Anything to do with their application, including password access, needs to be directed to them.

  1. How can I donate my eggs?
    ANSWER: Click here
     

  2. I have completed my survey and I haven't heard from anyone?
    ANSWER:  You will need to contact the fertility center or egg donation agency to whom the application was sent.  We are an Internet company that writes the computer code that allows you to submit an application.  We are not a fertility center or egg donation agency.  They are our customers.
     

  3. My password no longer works.  How can I get it back?
    ANSWER:  You will need to contact the fertility center or egg donation agency.  This service is designed to put them in control.  If you have "Submitted" your survey, your password is automatically made Inactive, regardless of the time expiration.  Only the Administrator of the fertility center or egg donation agency can reactivate a password.
     

  4. I submitted my application and was denied.  I would like to know why?
    ANSWER:  You will need to contact the fertility center or egg donation agency.  We are the software provider, not the donor agency or fertility center.
     

  5. I am filling out the survey and I am getting an error message.  I cannot complete the survey.
    ANSWER:  Check back soon, so far, true "bug" issues have always been fixed in less than 24 hours.  The error has been communicated to our technical team.
     

  6. I am filling out the survey and I am getting re-routed to log back in.  What is wrong?
    ANSWER:  There is likely nothing wrong.  Check back soon.  Here is what is most likely happening:  The Administrator is changing the survey at the same time you are completing it.  This service allows an Administrator of a fertility center or egg donation agency to configure their survey as they desire.  When they change the survey, you are re-directed to log back in so that you are completing the most current survey available.  Your work has been saved to answers that still exist.
     

  7. I don't see my issue addressed on this page.  What should I do?
    ANSWER:  If the issue is related to the donor or the donor process, contact the fertility center or egg donation agency you are working with.  If you are completing a survey and are having technical difficulties, you may email us at info@fertilityselection.net and we will assist you.
