Additionally, there is a payroll savings in efficiencies, payroll savings in the training we provide, and less need for "the IT department" and health/personnel benefits therein.  This service is a large outsource savings program.

* Increases Donor Recruitment - If you are using a PDF or Word document system and asking young 20-29 year old women to hand write an application, in many cases they are not going to respect your processes and go somewhere else.

ANSWER:  The vast majority of applicants get denied without establishing a significant relationship with the candidates.  It is our recommendation that you do not "muddy" the EMR system with so many candidates who ultimately are unrelated to your business processes.  We do provide you with a simple export functionality that allows you to setup an interface to import candidates into your EMR system if you so desire.  Again ... not recommended.
