• PDF files are created with the exact profile of the exact donor at the exact time that a donor was selected, so you have record of such events.
   
• Your active donor list is "always up to date" by nature of the following the system.  You are far less likely to accidentally misrepresent a donor by BMI, age, etc.
   
• Your eligibility over-rides are officially documented for special cases.
   
• Your data is securely stored with additional username/password protection that you control and backed up at least once per day in two separate cities.
